Guide for Exchanges and Returns
If you have just received your order and there are items you are not happy with or the size is incorrect, you have up to 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item or exchange it for a different size or another item.
*We can process an exchange or return provided that the item to be returned is in perfect condition, with its label attached and has not been worn. If, upon receipt, the item is in an unsuitable condition (worn, or even washed), Gsport reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return.
Regarding the ‘peeling’ effect on the shorts
The possible “peeling” effect (the appearance of small bobbles on the fabric’s surface) may occur with use and over time. This phenomenon is not considered a manufacturing defect or a fault in the fabric.
In technical garments such as cycling shorts, peeling may occur due to:
- Continued friction with certain types of saddle (especially those with a rough surface or non-slip structure).
- Contact with Velcro or other garments during washing.
- Frequent use or repeated washing without following the care instructions.
All our fabrics have undergone strict quality controls to ensure their strength and durability under normal conditions of use. To prolong the garment’s lifespan, we recommend carefully following the washing instructions
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:
Step 1. Send us the item you want to exchange or return (you will be responsible for the shipping costs). You can choose the courier service you prefer; Correos is usually the most economical option. This is the address where you need to send the item:
Step 2. ¡IMPORTANT! You must fill out and include our returns form inside the package for us to process the exchange or return. You can download it here:
Step 3. Once we receive the package and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund or send you the requested exchange to the address you provided, free of charge, within a maximum of 15 calendar days.
*Orders for Special Editions / Collaborations / Teams do not qualify for exchanges or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
